Apply for BGA Business School Accreditation

Here you'll find all the details you need to apply for BGA accreditation for your business school, including eligibility requirements, fees, and the next steps to become part of the BGA network.

BGA Accreditation Eligibility Criteria

The business school must be a BGA member
The business school must have been in continuous operation for at least five years
The business school must have graduated at least three student cohorts from one of its programmes
Present the most recent financial statements showcasing the financial health of the institution and its future sustainability.
Provide proof of degree awarding powers OR suitably recognised national/regional accreditation.

If your school does not posses either of these, special pre-approval will be required by the AMBA & BGA’s International Accreditation Advisory Board. Please contact the BGA Accreditation Team for more information.

BGA Accreditation Fees

BGA Initial Accreditation Fee: GBP 17,650

BGA Re-accreditation Fee: GBP 12,000

Annual Membership Fees:

BGA Annual Membership Fee: GBP 4,000

Full business school accreditation with up to 5 years accreditation cycle

GBP 17,650

  • GBP 5,000 – Application stage fee
  • GBP 12,000 – Assessment stage fee
  • GBP 650 – Annual mentor fee (during development stage)
  • GBP 4,000 – Annual BGA membership fee

BGA Re-accreditation Fee

BGA re-accreditation fee with up to five years accreditation cycle

  • GBP 12,000 – Assessment stage fee
  • GBP 4,000 Annual BGA membership fee

Does not include travel and accommodation expenses related to the assessment visit
