Universidad Carlos III de Madrid

Universidad Carlos III de Madrid was created in 1989 as a center of excellence within the Spanish public university system and currently has four campuses located in the city of Madrid and its metropolitan area. Besides business administration, the university includes studies in law, economics and other social sciences, engineering, and humanities. The university is a member of the Young Universities for Europe (YUFE) alliance. The business-related degrees offered at the university include undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degrees. The university also includes a Science Park with a business incubator that houses high-technology start-ups.

The MBA degree and other business-related Masters degrees are delivered at the Madrid-Puerta de Toledo campus, which is located in Madrid's city center. The MBA, which is AMBA and AACSB accredited, is a full-time program and is delivered in English. The MBA benefits from the diverse international origin of its students, with over 15 different nationalities in a typical class. Students enrolled in the MBA are supported, through optional extra-curricular classes, to learn or improve their Spanish during the MBA. One of the distinguishing features of the MBA is the business plan project, in which students work with real high-technology start-ups to help them develop their business.
