Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (TUFE), founded in 1958, is one of the earliest finance and economics universities established in New China. It is a key municipal university in Tianjin and a vital base in Northern China for cultivating senior economic management professionals. The university campus covers an area of nearly 230 acres and hosts over 16,000 full-time students.
With economics and management as its core disciplines, TUFE promotes the coordinated development of multiple disciplines. TUFE School of Business specializes in the discipline of business administration and offers a comprehensive educational system encompassing undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. In the fourth-round discipline evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Education, the school’s business administration program was rated B+. School of Business currently hosts 6 academic master's degree programs, 2 professional master's degree programs (MBA/EMBA and MTA), and 7 undergraduate majors. Five of its undergraduate majors have been designated as National First-Class Undergraduate Major Construction Sites by the Ministry of Education.
