The School of Business Administration is one of CTBU's oldest and largest schools. The School currently enrolls nearly 4,000 students, including more than 1,100 postgraduate students. It has a total of 160 faculty and staff members, of whom 128 are full-time teachers. Among them, 78 are doctoral and master's supervisors. Full-time teachers holding doctoral degrees account for 77% of the teaching staff. The School offers five undergraduate programs: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, International Business, and Tourism Management.
Committed to serving Chongqing’s advanced manufacturing and smart industrial development, the School has pioneered a business-industry integrated talent cultivation model that bridges management theories and engineering technologies. It launches cross-disciplinary micro-majors, joint degree programs and arranges joint teaching by business and engineering instructors to break disciplinary barriers.
