History and Development

The International Institute of Business (IIB) was founded in 1993 in Kyiv with the support of Ukrainian government and European non-governmental institutions, as the first private Ukrainian business school. From its beginning, IIB aimed to provide modern, practice-oriented business education tailored to the needs of executives and business owners. Over more than 30 years, the school has grown from delivering its first MBA programs into a recognized national and international leader in management education.

IIB is the first business school in Ukraine received international accreditation for its MBA programs. The Institute holds accreditations from AMBA (Association of MBAs, UK), CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK), and REFA Institute (Germany), confirming the global quality of its teaching and faculty expertise.
