The MBA from ITESO is an invitation to collaborate among students, alumni, professors, and researchers, to transform and construct new ways of managing businesses and running and leading organizations. The learning project calls for developing a critical mindset focusing on knowing-discerning-acting. Students explore the knowledge frontiers of business management, strategy, entrepreneurship, operational management, the social economy, marketing, finance, data analytics, and business ethics. Students apply knowledge accompanied by their advisors' guidance and submit their findings within an academically rigorous final degree-qualification project. By studying ITESO's MBA you will learn:

The MBA empowers students to take ownership of their learning projects. They become paramount players in constructing new ways of understanding and explaining business realities, particularly regarding leading teams and managing resources, focusing on the team member's development as the end and not the means for achieving goals. Students will develop skills and competencies in the MBA program to lead the strategic change processes that businesses demand in today’s vulnerable, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous contexts. They will create a systemic vision of companies and learn to collaboratively diagnose, determine, and lead their teams' efforts, using innovative approaches to equip their organization with the capacity to develop their activities sustainably.
