Session 2: One Community, Not One Degree: How a Digital Campus Keeps the Learning Relationship Alive After Graduation

Most programmes are designed around a fixed timeline: enrolment to graduation. But the future of management education is not a straight line, it is a lifelong relationship. Students come back for executive education, re-skilling, and short courses years after they graduate. Alumni want to keep learning, not just keep in touch. This session looks at what changes when we start from a simple question: what if we designed the student experience knowing the relationship never really ends? We will explore how a lasting Co-Curricular Transcript, one shared community for students and alumni, and engagement data that doesn't reset at graduation can turn a single degree into a long-term learning ecosystem, one that keeps generating value for both the student and the institution long after graduation. Attendees will leave with a practical framework to identify where their own student experience could open up to lifelong learning, and where it is currently closing the door too early.
