As the call for more impact focused business education grows, business schools are increasingly trying to understand and measure their impact on their stakeholders. All to often, however, schools lack a coherent strategy and measurement tools to understand and act on the impact they are having. With this capacity building workshop, BGA is bringing business schools together for a workshop on how they can build focused impact metrics, and how these can then be used to successfully improve the programmes and activities of the business school. Attendees can expect to work closely in groups with other business schools based in India to learn and collaborate with each other.
Schools can expect to learn how to:
- Understand the importance of impact metrics and how they can drive value to the institution and its stakeholders
- Build and measure impact using the BGA Continuous Impact Model
- Decipher the results of the impact metrics and use them for continuous improvement
- Leverage the impact metrics to create a unique value proposition and focused objectives for the business school
