In this workshop for Latin American business schools, speakers discuss how their schools implemented new training and eased restrictions to support faculty agility and innovation, and the impact and what it means for their schools in the future.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, faculty members have been compelled to alter their approaches to student interaction and the adoption of teaching/learning technologies. Recognising the significance of having adaptable and innovative faculty members, many business schools and universities now understand the value of fostering a culture of agility.
The upcoming LATAM Capacity Building Workshop, will showcase concrete examples from two Latin American business schools. These institutions have successfully implemented novel training initiatives and eased prescriptive measures to nurture faculty agility and innovation. The workshop will delve into the outcomes of these measures and their implications for the future of the respective schools. Furthermore, the participating schools will offer recommendations on how institutions can actively support and promote faculty agility and innovation.
