Capacity Building Workshop – London

The Student Experience Advantage

  • 25 March 2026 | 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars, UK
The most successful organisations in the world are obsessed with placing their customers' experience at the heart of their strategy.  So how in business schools can we make the student experience a strategic priority?  And more importantly, how do we do this with limited budgets and resources?

This capacity building workshop is a unique opportunity to learn from other institutions and content providers on how to foster community and belonging in diverse cohorts of students.  We will also examine how to create a unified, end-to-end student experience - one that supports holistic wellbeing across both physical and digital campuses—and how a more proactive approach can enhance student success, engagement and retention.

Strategies for Student Success and Wellbeing

This session will explore the unique reasons why students choose to study a business discipline, and how these might affect their engagement with student experience opportunities. Drawing on points of comparison between different fields of study at two major London universities (LSE and King's), and considering the impact of policies affecting employment opportunities, immigration and the cost of living, we will investigate how our student experience offer aligns with students' motivations to study with us.

Architecting a Unified Student Experience with a Digital Campus - Driving ROI through Belonging

Ready Education recognizes that for business schools, engagement is not just a metric, it is a strategic asset. When students feel a deep sense of belonging, it translates directly into higher conversion, improved retention, and a more vibrant, loyal alumni network that yields long-term dividends. This session will consider how a unified digital strategy creates a measurable "Engagement ROI." Drawing on success stories and data insights from leading multi-campus international business schools, we will explore how institutions can drive value across the entire student lifecycle.
