Building upon our series of workshops examining the impact of business schools on their stakeholders, this session will delve into strategies for initiating and enhancing the measurement of that impact. In our earlier workshops, we showcased numerous examples of the profound influence that Latin American schools exert on students, graduates, academia, private, public, and non-profit sectors, and society as a whole. However, quantifying this impact presents challenges for educational institutions, particularly when assessing changes over time or comparing outcomes across different schools and contexts.
In this session, we will feature leaders from BGA-accredited schools that have successfully implemented the Continuous Impact Model (CIM), a fundamental component of their impact strategies that aligns with their institutional missions. They will share insights into how they navigated common challenges encountered during the model's implementation and discuss various types of metrics. Additionally, they will provide guidance on finding the optimal balance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) necessary for accurately assessing institutional performance.
This workshop is tailored for school and programme directors, as well as senior staff seeking to establish a robust strategic framework surrounding impact. It will be especially suitable for those considering BGA accreditation or for accredited institutions looking to broaden their perspectives.
